Pricing to reserve The Venue can vary. To offer you a more customized option, we ask that you contact us for a price quote. However, the following prices are typical of a basic rental.

*Each rate includes access to tables and chairs for 100 people, full catering kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, sink, and dishwasher, large serving bar, two restrooms, Wi-Fi, and use of television and sound system. There is also a full parking lot with plenty of parking for your guests.

HOURLY RATE

$125 per hour.

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to hold a date. This is then subtracted from the total which is due the week of the event.

HALF DAY RATE

$500 for up to 6 hours.

A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to hold a date for a 6 hour rental. This is then subtracted from the total which is due the week of the rental.

FULL DAY RATE

$900 for up to 12 hours in one day.

A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to hold an all-day rental. This is then subtracted from the total which is due the week of the rental.
